As Dr Phil was saying "who would have been to blame before GPS?"
My husband. He can't navigate for sh*t.

True story:
DH: "OK, at this next intersection, turn right."
Me: "OK." <steers car into rightmost of 3 lanes>
DH: (when we're about 50 feet from the intersection) "No, no, I mean left! Left!"
Me: "LEFT?!?"
DH: "LEFT!!!!!"
I cut across three lanes of traffic. THEN it occurred to me that it would have been much safer to make the right and find somewhere to turn around. You can take the girl out of Massachusetts, but you can't take the Masshole out of the girl.

Anyway, in the ferry case, the river in question does have a number of bridges across it, so we naturally assumed the GPS was sending us to one of them. Then we got there and there was no bridge...

Only those who risk going too far, find out how far they can go.
