I totally agree with you. Unfortunately, to get the attention of those chapters who condone and do those activities that fit in the "Lose your charter"types of B.S., publicizing closed chapters is a good thing.

I think publishing it in an "internal" type of forum like THE TEKE is totally appropriate.

Naming names is right on target as well. Nothing like telling the story about the infamous "annonomyous (sp?) chapter being shut down.

The most annoying thing is that those fraters who do that type of B.S. are ultamitely making a decision on behalf of all of the TKE alumni from their home chapter not to mention Tekes everywhere. They are choosing their chapters destiny even though lots of work was done prior to their membership to make TKE successful.
