Peppy, I will definitely keep them in my prayers. My brother and his ex-wife went through something similar twice, although they hadn't gotten to the point of meeting the baby either time. It broke up their marriage in the end because of the stress of infertility treatments and then two adoptions falling through at the last minute
. The good news is, my brother became a daddy for the first time, with his new wife, last September, at age 48.
