I could see them wanting to do NPHC but it not happening. I know (and someone who knows more can correct me/add on) that the NPHC is
VERY particular about the use of their letters. Members do not use their letters in fabrics that are not their color/fabrics with any pattern on them. I just can't see an NPHC giving lilly the go ahead to put letters into a print since they are so stringent (from what I learned about the NPHC in college) about letters.
