I think it would have been prudent for them to produce all 9. While not every member, collegiate of alumna, will buy a Lilly product, there are a lot of people who would buy more than one.

You will see this contest again. Like you said, it would make sense for them to produce a print for every NPC. But why do it all now if they can use the NPCs to do all the PR for them for a while. They could do this contest once a year for several years.
