When I have several recs to send to a particular chapter I send them all in one manila envelope. I hate to not use an addressed, stamped envelope included in a packet, but I know it makes it easier for the rec chairman to have them all together. What I REALLY appreciate is the women who include a thank you note in their packets - especially if they go to the trouble to find out who is responsible for collecting the material for the APH and address it personally to me. VERY nice way to stand out from the get-go.
