I have valid reasons for not having the minimum gpa. I spoke to the sororities on campus and some said they won't take me and some said they would work with me.
I just don't want to go through formal all over again to not get a bid. Its so heart breaking.

I'm sorry if I come off sounding like a dick, but I have to say:
If you received an answer from members at your school, I'm not sure how it'd help to hear about strangers' situations. It's not like you can print this page off, present it during recruitment, and expect the chapters to override their decisions.
