Nope, they work just fine, even when you aren't preggo. Lord, I've even heard "ZOMG, you can't take pre-natal vitamins if you aren't pregnant, because they decrease the effectiveness of The Pill!!!!" Not true. I wasn't in a chapter that had 70% pharmacy students for nothing!
