Yes, Arizona State. There were 3 groups who didn't make quota you are correct. It is not going to "fix" that. I will tell you that 2 of the groups have struggled for years on campus and one of the groups was just recently recolonized and has been struggling AND one group just lost their Charter for a hazing incident. What tends to happen is women drop out of recruitment when they get released from the Chapters they wanted and since Greek Life is not that big of a deal at ASU they can have a great college experience without being in a sorority. I don't think quota was to high because they try to place as many women as possible. My guess would be that with RFM a lot of women had already "released" those groups by ranking them low so where quota was set placed the most amount of women still active in recruitment. Some of these Chapters did pick up a lot of women in informal recruitment. They had over 100 women interested in January and all the Chapters that made quota where well over total and unable to participate. With the amount of women we have going through recruitment it was imperative that we add another Chapter to help keep those quota numbers manageable for the Chapters.
