sometimes it just doesn't matter....
the undergrads in my area work their BUTTS off.
actually they may do more work with 2 or 3 people than other orgs do with 20 or 30 people.
but i think we need to do more publicity such as putting things in the local news paper, radio stations, and local television community calendars.
