It was her vice-presidential campaign that first got me excited about politics. I was 9, and I remember thinking it would be so amazing to have a woman one step away from presidency.
I think of how far we've come, and how far we have left to go.
Amazing times we live in. And though she lived a long and great life, she will be missed.
