The chances are extremely slim that your girlfriend would get pregnant while on the pill; it is 99.9% effective when taken properly (ie at the same time every day, never skipping a day).
However, it IS possible. Very, very unlikely but not impossible.
I seriously doubt if you two have anything to worry about, but if it is really eating away at you and you don't want to wait until her next period is due to see if she is pregnant or not, have her go to a clinic or to her GYN and request a blood test for pregnancy. While the normal urine test would not show a positive result for a few weeks, a blood test will show one way or the other very early on.
