Well, I've noticed that in recent years my chapter has not used regular T-shirts for Bid Day. They adopt a different logo for each pledge class and put them on baby tees or tank tops. My pledge class last year got the cutest ones so far...sleeveless white tops with Pi Beta Phi written out (b/c obviously we couldn't wear letters yet) in blue letters with orange outline b/c it's UF, and the i's are all dotted with halos. We had the same logo for our Bid Day bags. PC 2000 had an arrow going through their words, etc. It's nice b/c the first Greek Day you see all the new pledges in their jerseys and not just regular T-shirts.

ps: when we ordered recruitment shirts this year, they were fitted baseball tees, so we were advised by the company that made them to just order all mediums (giving girls the choice to get the large ones, too) b/c usually that works for every house. It worked out perfectly, b/c about everyone's the same size, and for those who are a little larger the larges are perfect. Better than giving too-large tops to your new pledge class...if they're drowning in them, they won't look as cute.
