It is informal recruitment! I've visited with one and visit with another tomorrow and then maybe another one sometime next week. I was told whoever is interested contacts me, I meet with them, and if we mesh well, I get a bid.
I'm not sure who else will be pledging. I was told that the pledge classes for spring rush are smaller, though.
