Well I wouldn't say that I was embarrassed but I would say that is was my "least proud" moment.

My ex-boyfriend, who I had been dating for a few years, lived in a fraternity house and he had two roommates. I assumed that he locked the door but guess what? His roommate walked in on us...we weren't having sex...I was doing something else. I'm not sure if we were technically "caught " but from then on we decided that the couch was not exactly a good place for our extracurricular activities. We were known as the "rabbits" of the house so if anyone had found out about it I don't think that anyone would have been surprised.
