That sounds like great advice. I seem to be having a problem too. The other day, I went jogging and after I had stretched, and warmed up by walking, I started to have a dull pain in the left side of my chest. I have no idea what it was. I have been scared to go jogging since then so I usually just work out with light weights, the stair climber or ride bikes. My exercising isn't as intense as it usually is, because of my fear. Still, the aching continues although it is not as bad as it was when I worked out a lot. I have gone to the doctor before with a pain in my chest and he said that it was an ulcer. This pain was in a different place and a different kind of pain. My mom seems to think that I don't drink enough water when I take my medicine, but I don't think that the pain would be on one side of my chest. Any advice other than to check with the doctor? (I am going to)
