Hey, as a girl that is indeed Greek at UNC Charlotte, I can tell you that while recruitment is no frills and not as competitive as SEC schools, it is definitely still competitive. When I went through last fall there were over 300 girls rushing, not all of them got bids. You've got to be yourself....and still bring your A game
