I was recently at Dillard's shopping for Prom dresses with my daughter. Their homecoming/winter formals were marked way down. We bought 2 short dresses for the upcoming school year + a prom gown. We paid $20 for a dress that had been $75. They always have a great selection of dresses appropriate for Prefs. Good luck, I love finding a bargain hope you do too!
