Every chapter does have all types, however fraternity chapters are typically smaller so there's less wiggle room if the prevailing attitude in the fraternity is not one that you are comfortable with. That is generally true that fraternities are generally smaller, but there is also usually more of a variety of them as well.
If it's any consolation to the OP, I know a Christian nondrinker who is in a fraternity at Clemson. So there's at least one out there.
