To the OP, maybe a cat that has been stuck in a tree? A girl on an awkward date (although that is hard to translate into a costume)? Hah, if there is another fraternity/sorority exchange going on that night you could always dress up as a fraternity member from that house...poking fun at the other sorority like he'd need to be rescued from their event...not exactly Panhellenic but it's funny (at least to me). A little friendly rivalry is always in good fun...although maybe that's just the guy in me speaking.
