The reason I ask is because, specifically service organizations are affected by Title IX However, non-service organization are not. Either you are a service organization or you are a social organization that does service. This is the reason why I'm asking. I wanted to see how many service organizations were affected by Title IX. So help me out...if your organization is specifically service anyone can join regardless of sex/gender at a public university? Meaning that because the university federally funded their organizations cannot discriminate?
