I was just reading about the virtues of water, and picked up my glass to enjoy some first hand! Do I look thinner yet?
For me, water cures hang nails and does wonders for my always horrendous sinuses. It bugs the crap out of me that I'm not better about drinking it. When you KNOW it makes you feel better, why should it be such a challenge to change a habit? All upside, no downside, it's free (more or less)... what's the problem?
