I haven't heard an exact number but it doesn't sound like all of them will be participating. I know all 16 groups will be holding info sessions and that "most chapters will be recruiting new members." I just texted my Alpha Gam friend there, I'll let you know if I hear anything back soon.
ETA: ADPi and KD are the only chapters not participating.
