His example included this part - the original charter got lost along the way.
If the original charter can be found, I wouldn't see why a new one would be made, regardless of recolonization or school name change.
But if you can't find the thing after looking everywhere, then yeah, I guess you can make up a new one with the new school name. (Although this should never ever ever happen.)
