Just read the new Delta, and it had some interesting listings for "future colonization"
- Univ. of Oklahoma (Delta Epsilon) is already being mentioned.
- Univ. of Texas (Upsilon) going to make another go at it? This one seems very difficult due to the limitations on housing there (location, and ridiculous real estate costs/taxes).
