Reminds of the Frontline story I watched this morning. I woke up in the middle of the night and it was on with a story about a man in Texas (can't remember his name) who was convicted and ultimately executed for setting a fire in which his 3 children were killed. Ultimately not too long before he was killed a state commissioned determined the fire was not intentionally set (just before most of them got fired by the then Governor) and the man was still executed. And to top it all off, the original investigators won't cop to being wrong.
