I think i will take your idea and talk to EC about elimating the option to work off their fines, atleast for certain events. We usually do our RTS's during the summer so that may be a reason for lack of motivation, however we put out our schedule in January so there really is no excuse for not being there. This semester i am holding an RTS once a month while school is in session so the majority of the chapter should be in town and available. I just really want the fall recruitment to be a success!!
