zeta and sigmas are not perfect, dont get me wrong, im sure we have our negative ways, personally, i just havent ran into any, on my campus, sigma were the biggest, (besides delta), brightest and the ideal fraternity on campus, black or white, and this is the honest truth, whether one believes it or not....
we had the highest GPA, won 7 of the last 9 step shows, and adopted 3 parks and 2 highway strips, our sleep out event raised the most money of any single (not combined, like the white greek philanthopies) service event of any fraternity of sorority....
SO i dont need to sit here and prove anything, or actions speak louder than any message board words
2. My point is....
There is no greek unity, and im sick of people getting on these boards, saying "unity this and unity that" and these are the same people who are talking shyt the next minute....
My point....
lets stop wasting time trying crying about greek unity, we need to be worrying about empowering our communities...worry about stopping the killing of 14 year old teens in major cities, or kids becoming preganat at age 11...shyt like that.....
I could care less if an alpha, kappa or que likes me....
Now i hav friends who are greek and they were my friends before greekdom and will be after greekdom, will probably be in my wedding etc, but we are not wasting our time trying to unify sigma and kappa, or alpha and que, know damn well we will never be unified, we are out there doing things in our respective grad chapters and such.....
in my investment club, we rarely bring up greekdom, because being greek will not make you money, we discuss issues as men, black men first and foremost......
