To CAJ one more time: Your Instant Message tonight bought tears to my eyes. I thank you for your words because since I have announced my departure from school, I have received congratulations but there are still students who want me to stay. I will miss all of you truly, well not ALL, but MOST of you all. Keep striving for the best in ALL YOU DO.
I know you all might feel like I am leaving you but as we all must do it is time for me to SPREAD MY WINGS. This leaving is not a rejection of you and my relationship with you but a stepping stone to advance my career.
I am blessed to have know you and your families, to have worked with you, to have laughed with you, cried with you, cheered at games with you, did the Cha Cha slide with you,

yelled at you, wrote you up, gave you a detention, etc. etc. etc. Thank you Thank you thank you.
Hey, I am glad that you decided to stay with us these four years and you have decided to continue teaching because, you may not have realized it by now but, you have touched many lives (even if people at school were not able to pronounce your name) and to be able to do that is a distinct gift, because not many people have the ability to have such an abundant, positive, influence on lives as you did. Wherever you go (including north carolina) i wish you the best of luck!! See you sunday!!
To Kirk Franklin: I thank you for your ministry of song. I thank you for allowing God to use you for so many CDs that have BLESSED me in my high times and my low times. I am a little upset that they cut your performance tonight but I have listened to the CD all this week and have been blessed over and over and over and over and over and over by the words, melodies, instrumentation on your CD.
TO ESSENCE AWARDS: Boooooooo for cutting Kirk's performance short. You coulda killed that Ashanti performance.
TO CHANTE MOORE: Them shorts were KHAKI DRAWS, go get some clothes on. Take off your 3 year old daughter's shorts or stop washing your colored clothes in hot water.
