I don't work at Starbucks
and I haven't used whole milk on purpose because of an annoying customer, I just found the quote funny. We don't use the Venti, tall, grande crap. I find that annoying as well. One man came in and said he wanted a grande something or other and so I just took it as a medium because that's what it is at Starbucks, he then said he wanted a large and that I should have known what he meant...
I guess I should ask to make sure next time.
