Unless it was something like drinking pure vinegar made you so nauseous that you couldn't eat after that, then I don't see how in the world that would work, lol.
The only nutritional supplement that seems to work is the ephedra pills, unfortunately. I am not so down on those as I used to be, but I still don't like them really, and if anyone decides to use them go to a doctor and be certain you have no pre-existing heart conditions first. And never take more than the recommended dose- as a matter of fact don't even start out with the recommended dose, take half that.
I know that I'm a bore with all the nutrition/exercise trivia, but I grew up surrounded by people with eating disorders, and I just consider your health and body image too important to play around with, you know?
