As I said above, my school does not have an abundance of students trying to join greek orgs so recruitment is quite difficult. Many students just ignore us and don't want a flyer saying they are too busy. They also think that Greek memebers are simply buying or paying for friends. Showing potential new memebers a strong rush video can make or break a rush for us because we can create perceptions and reputations of our house based on which photos and video clips we decide to put into our rush videos. I figured this would be a good place to ask since I'm sure many people here have experience with recruitment videos and know what works and what doesn't.
