I work at a restaurant and make minimum wage. I work my ass off and really appreciate it when people tip. Where I work, service isn't included in the bill.
This may come off weird but I'm actually quite offended if people don't tip, even though I worked my ass off and made sure they had the perfect evening.
(and rounding the bill up to the next dollar is just cheap.. thanks for the 8 cents tip...)
