I can understand not revealing anything about affiliation in terms of discretion for those who may possibly be Recruitment Counselors from an NPC standpoint, and interests or even involved in an intake process for NPHC.
Alumni that hide affiliation outside those instances are lame-os unless they work for a national or international council.
