I've never read the books, and until last night, I had only seen clips of movies as my husband had it on the tv, but I never paid attention. We went on a double date to see it last night, and I thought it was good, though I don't know the whole backstory. I'll probably finally watch the rest of them so when the final one comes out, I'll understand the whole story.
