Shadokat, there are several letters on the American keyboard that aren't equivalent for the Greek letters, they just needed someplace to put them. Don't place any stock in where they are on the kepboard. Greek is a completely different animal than English. For instance, the capital chi is an X, but in Greek its pronounced like an "H"
I checked my Greek-American dictionary/grammar book and my suspicions were confirmed: omega is pronounced like the "o" in "row." Hope this clears things up!
