Well, let's see...multiple elevators and an escalator from the foyer, granite countertops in bathrooms and each resident has her own bathroom with soaking tub and multiple showerheads, a 24-hour snack bar on each of the 5 floors, a swimming pool out back with slides and waterfalls and a grotto reached by swimming underwater...!!!
