I'm sure that there is someone who handles that kind of thing, but they don't have a specific title like party chair or something.

Party chair = sister in charge of coordinating that specifc party (night) of formal recruitment.

Ex: Go Greek Night chair, Philanthropy Night Chair, Preference night chair.

Every chapter is different, but in my chapter, the chairwoman for a party had a committee of 2 or 3 girls to help her out (make sure that things get to the assigned rooms, go shopping for things, help organize set up, etc.)
