This year Kappa has seven Leadership Consultants, which is pretty standard for us. Every chapter gets at least one visit that lasts a few days to a week. Some chapters will have the same LC visit twice if there are some things they need help with and it's a good fit.
This year Kappa also has four Chapter Consultants, who are just like LCs but are assigned to only one or two chapters. They typically live near the chapter they are assigned to and assist often throughout the year. This is usually reserved for chapters that need special assistance (like our newest chapter at Northeastern).
