Soror I AM 30... will be 31 in August. Not married, no children. In a Loving Relationship....YES!!! Fortunately for me though, my Mom is not pressuring us to get married. My Mom told me that she is still adjusting to being a Mother (her youngest is 18) she is not ready to be a Grandmother just yet.

My Siblings on the other hand are different. Every now and then...more now than then, my sisters and brother (sometimes) are saying that I'm getting old and they want a niece or nephew like yesterday. How about this: My youngest sister (who just completed her freshmen year at Morgan) calls me on Mother's Day and said to me, "Happy Mother's Day....this is what I WOULD be saying to you if you had some children!" Can you say hurt feelings? My response was," Whatever"

When the time is right for the both of us, we will make that move because WE will be ready, not because of our families influence.

Soror you have to follow your heart and do what is right for you, not others.
