I hate to be a stick my nose in here but I just wanted to add something.

Beth Fulton, a past Sigma Alpha National President, used to post on GC all the time and a similar issue came up. I remember Beth saying that an initiated member of SA could not join an NPC or NPHC organization. Beth said that SA holds her beliefs as high and dear as any NPC or NPHC and therefore, it would be a conflict of interest. She also said that SA would not knowingly initiate an initiated member of the NPC or NPHC.
