James,

You are correct that Yahoo! now requires members to pay for premium service in order for their guests to access the print features of the photo albums. Guests can, however, VIEW all of your photos.

I was having issues getting this to work, so here's what I did for any other Yahoo! users out there...

Each folder has its own settings, public for anyone, friend for Yahoo! ID's that you approve, or private for only you. I had my public photos set to "everyone", but my main folder, the Yahoo Folder, was set to "private". All I did was "edit settings" and make the main folder public (for everyone) and now guests can view ONLY the sub-folders that I have deemed "public/everyone".
