Again, I know nothing about OR specifically, but if they follow the NPC recommendations, more girls does not mean more competition for a few spots in chapters, it means more spots in chapters.

No you are correct. In fact in the presentations this was mentioned and her Rho Gammas should have told her this as well. Some chapters on campus had 90 girls per event on day 3. It was ridiculous.
