excel and powerpoint both freeze my computer if i try and do anything involving cut/paste (actually powerpoint just straight up doesn't work anymore)
my phone flashes like it has a message but there are no new messages (a little disappointing

the sound on my tv cuts out during the best parts of shows! this is actually the most frustrating b/c there is nothing i can do about it
