Michigan State won't be open for expansion for quite a while and another NPC has first option to re-colonize (Alpha Xi Delta... there were deals made with us and them when each chapter resolved to have first and second option to re-colonize without the whole typical expansion process). We do still own the house and it's competitive enough with the other NPC houses that
