Yeah, yesterday was just the first brief house rounds, then today is longer house rounds that are not by invitation. Nobody gets "cut" until preference here so I don't have to narrow it down until the night before. The first time I rank is the night before pref, and the second time I rank is before after pref.
So I have two nights where I visit half the houses on each night, then house tours split up in to two nights, then the next night I find out who invited me to preference and I rank them.
This system seems really confusing to other systems that I've read in other people's stories but I think my school is trying to be progressive.
