I read some of this last night, and it is like an obsession for this guy. He is literally stalking these college students. It's downright crazy! I'm not sure what he thinks these college students are really going to do, but all he's really obsessed with is who may be dating who, what they post on FB and whether or not they respect the police. ODD!
