I would guess, since USC's recruitment is over, that she went, it didn't work out for her, and she's trying to find a way to "sneak" in. It ain't gonna happen. Think of the amount of money it would cost to pull this off anyway.
The one nugget I'll throw is they're going to have to figure something out so that a chapter or two can expand onto the USC campus. And maybe that will happen while she's a student. But then, with how colonizations have gone this year, that may STILL not pan out for her. Just ask the 175 girls who wanted to be an FSU Alpha Phi but didn't make the cut.
To the OP I say, keep your grades up, get super involved on campus, always look your best and be uber friendly, and maybe it will work out for you next year. But do not try to be tricky to get in to a USC sorority chapter.
