If it were me, I wouldn't be disrupting my college career just to get into a sorority and possibly transferring to a different chapter.
As many people have said, chapters do not have to accept a transfer affiliate. And it would be offensive to me if a girl pledged at my chapter with no intention of staying there because it is "easier" to get in that way than going through at UA for example. I'm sure some people do this, yes, but it doesn't mean it always works nor does it mean it's always easy.
Go through recruitment and be willing to accept a bid to any sorority unless you have a damn good reason not to. Then your chances of being Greek are good. Otherwise do yourself a favor and find a club on campus to get involved in instead of transferring back and forth.
