Theta isn't the only sorority that does AI (I know mine does too), but in all cases it's rare. If you plan on working in this field at your campus for a long period of time, it might be beneficial for you to research the opportunities with all the sororities represented on campus.
Because of your career field, it seems reasonable that you could achieve it, since you would be an asset to a collegiate chapter. But again, it is rare. Good luck!
